Kurt Wee is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in investment and private equity. His career has been defined by a deep passion for regenerative biotechnology, health-span extension, and cutting-edge advancements in longevity science.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Celligenics Pte Ltd, Kurt has led groundbreaking research and commercialisation efforts in regenerative medicine, with a focus on stem cell-derived secretome technology. His vision is to harness the body’s intrinsic repair mechanisms to develop next-generation therapeutics for tissue regeneration, anti-ageing applications, and chronic wound healing.

Outside of biotechnology, Kurt has been a strong advocate for SMEs for over two decades. He is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises and previously served as a Council Member of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), where he also chaired the SBF SME Committee.
