Since 2011, Rick has led all aspects of scientific innovation at ZO Skin Health, Inc., bringing forth multiple platforms of advanced technologies and products that have been instrumental in evolving the ZO brand into the fastest growing company in the professional skin care channel today. Rick’s efforts have directly resulted in ZO Skin Health being recognized in the Kline report as “The Most Innovative Company” in the professional channel. In 2016 ZO Skin Health, Inc. was also recognized by My Face My Body for offering the Best Professional Skincare Range.

Prior to ZO, Rick worked at the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company /Neutrogena as an R&D leader in Skincare and Cosmetics. In this capacity, Rick also served as a scientific leader across multiple global new technology development programmes for broad based Johnson & Johnson skincare brand/regional exploitation. At Johnson & Johnson, Rick was a winner of the prestigious President’s Award (2000) as well as the coveted General Robert Woods Johnson Medal for Research & Development (2006) for breakthrough skin cancer prevention technology.

During his past tenure at the Procter & Gamble Company, he managed diverse teams of scientists in the development of various leading skincare brands, championing multiple new technological advances and market leading products. Rick was also a two-time winner of the P&G Competitive Advantage Award. Rick is also a published inventor of 12 worldwide patents.
